Shora - Live at Roadburn 2009

I am tired and the new Weekend Nachos record is beating my melting brains to death. So I guess it's time for a new post on my blog. It's some Roadburn stuff again, actually it's from this years festival and it's not the Wino set.

Shora is a post-rock band from Switzerland and after seeing them performing the entire "Malval" record I can't get enough of it. One hour of post-rock as good as it could get.

Weee I can feel my brains again!

Here we go with a small update. I uploaded the records last night but guess what, I was to lazy to post them right after they finished. Crippled Black Phoenix is a post-rock collective from the UK with members from bands like Iron Monkey, Gonga, Mogwai and Electric Wizard.

Half Makeshift

It's a shame, it's such a shame! Nathan Michael aka Half Makeshift is a mastermind when it comes to create musical landscapes that combine wonderfull ambient / post-rockish fields with heavy crushing drone woods. But to bad Mr.Michael found out that the end of the world is near and stopped making music asap to enjoy the last years he has on this planet.
